Another great non-DIY weekend!

Another weekend has passed where we didn't touch anything on the house.  And I'm OK with that.

Friday evening, one of Scotty's best friends, Michelle, flew in to town to visit for the weekend.  We went straight from the airport to a Guttermouth concert in downtown Denver at the Marquis Theater.

I had my first mosh pit experience (though not entirely purposeful).  Scott really wanted to be up front when the band started, but accidentally may have lead us straight into the crazzzzzy! We survived one song then beelined it for the middle of the venue and posted up on top of a half wall to watch the remainder of the show.

After a quick nights rest (and when I say quick I mean morning came WAY too quick), we headed up for our weekend adventure in Keystone.

Kidtopia (snow tunnels and slides) at the top of the Gondola

We stayed at the River Run Condos RIGHT in the Keystone Village.  We were within a 2 minutes walk to the Gondola.  Saturday was a fantastic day of shopping, riding, and hanging out.

Sunday, we were feeling extremely determined and decided to ride at multiple mountains.  In the span of the day, we rode at Keystone, A Basin and Breckenridge.  It was SO much fun but exhausting!  The weather also proceeded to get crappier and crappier.  By the time we were in Breck, it was snowing and the wind was soooo bad.  But where else are you able to ride at 3 different mountains in one day but in Colorado?  Just another of the many reasons that we love our new home!

Holding up 3 fingers after completing mountain number 3!
